Terms of Use

The Wann is an entertainment venue for guests aged 18 and over. By booking or visiting, you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to present ID upon request.

The online form is a reservation request — officially confirmed once The Wann contacts you via hotline 0332 073 354 or Zalo within 15 minutes.

Tables are held up to 15 minutes past the booking time. Without notice, The Wann may reassign the table.

Guests may cancel or reschedule free of charge at least 2 hours before the booking via hotline / Zalo.

For VIP rooms or private events with deposits, refund policies are communicated at the time of deposit.

Dress code: smart casual. The Wann reserves the right to refuse service to guests not complying with the dress code.

Prohibited items: narcotics, weapons, or any items violating the law.

Guests must follow staff instructions regarding security, fire safety and house policies.

The Wann is not responsible for personal belongings lost in areas without a cloakroom service.

Guests are responsible for their own health when using our services. Please inform staff of any health conditions in advance.

All content on this website (logo, images, text, video) belongs to The Wann. Copying or commercial use without written consent is a copyright violation.

The Wann may adjust these terms at any time. New versions take effect immediately upon posting with the updated date.
